1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a site stores on your device. They let it remember your preferences, keep you signed in between page loads, and enforce security checks. SoftStore.pk uses only cookies that are necessary to run the platform.
2. Cookies we set

3. Tracking
SoftStore.pk does not use:
- Third-party advertising or remarketing cookies.
- Cookies that track your browsing across other websites.
- Social media tracking pixels or beacons.
- Device fingerprinting.
Your POS data and your shopping activity are not shared with advertising networks. Should we introduce any measurement that sets a cookie, it will be listed in the table above before it goes live.
4. Cookie security
- HttpOnly — session cookies cannot be read by page JavaScript, which limits the damage of a cross-site scripting bug.
- SameSite — cookies are not sent along with cross-site requests, which blocks a class of CSRF attack.
- Secure — over HTTPS, cookies are only transmitted on encrypted connections.
5. Managing cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the essential ones will stop you signing in and using the POS — the session cookie is the sign-in. Clearing cookies ends your session and you will need to sign in again.
6. localStorage
The marketplace keeps your shopping cart in browser localStorage rather
than a cookie. That data stays on your device and is not sent to our servers until you
place the order. Clearing your browser storage empties the cart.
